Privacy & Disclaimer
I keep this simple, because the site is simple. Here's what I collect, why, who helps me run things, and a few honest words about sound healing and your wellbeing.
What I collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, a phone number if you add one, what you're interested in, and your message.
If you tick “Keep me posted,” I also keep your name and email address on a short list so I can let you know about upcoming sound baths and community news.
That's it. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no accounts. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third party.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. Sessions for younger guests are arranged with a parent or guardian.
How I use it
I use what you send me to reply, to arrange a brief intro chat if you'd like one, and to book and prepare for your session. I don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own use.
I only email updates to people who ticked “Keep me posted” — usually a monthly schedule and the occasional announcement. If you'd rather not hear from me, reply to any of those emails or let me know through the contact form, and I'll take you off the list.
Who helps me run the site
A few trusted services handle the behind-the-scenes work. They process information only to provide that service, not for their own purposes:
- Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it handles the basic technical details every visit involves, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to my inbox by email.
- Sanity stores the upcoming events shown on the site and, if you opt in, the “Keep me posted” list. That list is private and only I can see it. Loading the events section connects your browser to Sanity in the same basic way, but nothing you type is sent there unless you opt in.
- Google provides the email inbox your messages arrive in.
Keeping & deleting
I keep messages for as long as we're in touch about a session, and I tidy up old ones periodically. The “Keep me posted” list keeps your details until you ask to come off it. If you'd like me to delete what you've sent, or to see what I have, just ask through the contact form and I'll take care of it promptly.
A note on wellbeing
Sound healing is a relaxation and mindfulness practice. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and it isn't a substitute for care from a doctor or licensed health professional. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Please check with your doctor before a session if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, wear a pacemaker or other implanted device, have had recent surgery, experience sound sensitivity or tinnitus, or are managing a serious physical or mental health condition. Let me know before we begin so I can adapt the session for you.
Taking part is voluntary and at your own discretion. If anything feels uncomfortable at any point, you're always welcome to pause, sit out, or leave — no explanation needed.
Changes
If any of this changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Reach out through the contact form.
